1. Product Information and Stock Status

1.1 Accuracy

We strive to present all product descriptions, details, and images as accurately and completely as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for technical issues, content errors, or variations in color caused by device screen settings.

1.2 Stock Guarantee

Products listed as “In Stock” are not guaranteed to be available.
If your ordered item is unavailable, you will be notified promptly and your payment will be fully refunded.

2. Pricing

2.1 Validity

All prices shown on our website are valid at the time of purchase. Prices may change without prior notice.

2.2 VAT & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT.
For international orders, customs duties and additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Placing and Confirming an Order

3.1 Order Acceptance

Once you confirm your cart, an automatic confirmation email will be sent.
This email only acknowledges that we received your order—it is not a binding sales contract.

3.2 Formation of Contract

A binding sales contract is established when:

  • your items are prepared,

  • shipped,

  • and you receive the Shipping/Dispatch Confirmation Email.

3.3 Seller-Initiated Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • failed payment,

  • stock depletion,

  • incorrect price due to a clear typographical error.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are shipped within 0–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made or special products may require a longer preparation time (specified on product page).

4.2 Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the address entered during checkout.
Address change requests must be submitted before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery details cannot be changed.

4.3 Damaged Packages

Inspect your package while the courier is present.
If you notice:

  • damage,

  • dents,

  • moisture,

Do not accept the package.
Request an official damage report from the courier.
Claims without a report cannot be accepted.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Bank Transfer / EFT

  • [Optional: Cash on Delivery, Digital Wallets, etc.]

SSL encryption is used for payment security, and no card details are stored on our servers

6. Warranty

All products are covered under manufacturer warranty terms.

  • Root and fruit–based products are laboratory tested.

  • Flower-based products use traditional Anatolian herbs.
    Any health or usage warnings are printed on the packaging.

Warranty duration and terms are included in the product’s warranty document.
