RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Withdrawal Period

The Buyer (Consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or the person they designate—without giving any reason.

For service purchases, this period begins on the date the contract is signed.

2. Using the Right of Withdrawal

To use the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period:

  • A written notice must be sent to [Your Company Name] via email or registered mail.

  • The product must be unused, in its original box and packaging, including all accessories and the original invoice.

3. Return Process and Refund

Sending the Product:
After notifying us, the Consumer must return the product within 10 days.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping costs for returns made under the right of withdrawal are covered by [waren].
Returns must be sent via our contracted shipping company ([PTT]).
Cash-on-delivery returns sent with other couriers will not be accepted.

Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days through the same payment method used in the original purchase.

Note: Depending on the bank, credit card refunds may take 2–3 weeks to appear on the statement.

4. Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable or soon-to-expire items

  • Products whose seals or hygiene packaging have been opened (cosmetics, earrings, etc.)

  • Items mixed with other products and cannot be separated

  • Books, digital content, or computer consumables with opened packaging

  • Products affected by market-dependent price fluctuations

5. Defective or Damaged Product Returns

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the Buyer may return or exchange it without waiting for the 14-day period.

Shipping fees in this case are covered by waren.

The Buyer must check the package in the presence of the courier.
If damage is found, a
damage report must be prepared.
